I always stay at Grand Mandarin when I go to Singkawang. It is in the city center, close to everywhere. I often walk to the traditional market where there are lots of food stalls with many choices and super delicious. The staff is friendly. Check-in can be done online, so comfortable.

This strategic hotel is close to everything because it's located in the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is varied. The breakfast treat that I miss the most is the jamu (traditional herbal drink) that always stands upright on the table. Continued success with Mahkota Hotel Singkawang.

The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The amenities provided were also complete, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. What I especially liked was that each room has a balcony and terrace, allowing us to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and offered a view directly overlooking the pool and ocean. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying, perfect for a staycation or a relaxing vacation.

A very pleasant staycation place. The swimming pool facilities are complete and exciting. The night entertainment also includes karaoke and joining other guests. The atmosphere of the place is very beautiful. The food is delicious, complete, and luxurious for that price. It is very good and hopefully it will develop further by being able to harvest fruits for visitors at the right price. Thank you.
