All SGT staff are friendly in service during check in and check out. SGT is friendly and kind, service at the restaurant during breakfast is polite and friendly, especially the cleaning of the room, the staff are SGT polite and friendly and communicative, the security guard is also very polite and kind when I forgot to take my deposit, I was called and reminded. TKS all staff, next time BS will stay LG 🙏🙏🫰

Facilities obtained far exceed the price paid. I am very satisfied and will stay back if I go to Jakarta. Because the location of the hotel is strategic in the center of the city, so going everywhere becomes easier, the rooms are also spacious, clean and the atmosphere is calm. The water heater also works well, the bathroom, bedroom, bed linen, pillows and towels are also clean. The point is the top markotop and recommended hotel. 👍

Before entering, I chatted and asked for early check-in and the response was friendly. When I arrived, it turned out that the staff/madam were even friendlier. Given a room on the 2nd floor because there were parents and they helped lift their suitcases. Always asked if you need anything like water and so on. Sis, it's 100! Very good. Living was comfortable, no complaints at all. AC, TV, water heater, wifi, drinking water, towels, etc. are SAFE. Thank you sis, every time you leave and return to the accommodation you are greeted by a smile, sis hehe.
