The staff were all very friendly, even the parking attendant was very friendly, even though I was staying with my motorcycle. I woke up at 2 a.m. and sat down for tea in the restaurant, but the hotel staff still greeted me warmly. 😊 The food was also quite affordable. I'd love to come back again sometime.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, the surrounding atmosphere is calm so resting is also comfortable. The man on duty is also friendly, thank you for his service. Even though I only checked in at midnight, I was still served well. Maybe I'll have another chance to stay here again.

The hotel is really nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The pool is also nice, and the breakfast menu is comprehensive. This hotel is just perfect.

I just discovered this great option in the Pandaan area. The atmosphere is simply perfect. Fresh air, mountain and garden views, and events designed for extended families, from grandparents to grandchildren, can all enjoy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

This is a hidden gem 👍 The room, oh my God, is spacious, there are 3 tables (near the window, near the bed, and a dressing table) plus a chair. The AC is great. The bathroom is clean, there is a bathtub, 2 showers so there is no fighting when taking a shower, a sink, a toilet with a spray, a hairdryer too. The soap and shampoo suit me, they don't make me dry. The breakfast variety is quite complete and delicious, oh my God. Request a room on the top floor and the view is also given, thank God. Highly recommended this hotel 👍👍👍

It was so much fun to staycation here, the place is comfortable, clean, the staff are also very friendly, the parents are happy, the kids are happy, the facilities are complete and of course there are lots of places for aesthetic photos... It's really top notch!!

Great, the staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. There was an event on Saturday where we bought something, but because my wife and I were sick, the staff delivered it to our room. The food was delicious. The room was clean, and the communication between the staff and us customers was smooth and helpful.

The facilities are very kid-friendly, and it's close to the Tretes culinary center. Ample parking, spacious rooms, beautiful views, and a cool atmosphere. This is my second time here and I'm very satisfied!
