Staff very friendly. Room was spotless. The food was great and very reasonably priced--room service nasi goreng was yummy and only 20,000! Hotel is walking distance to Jakarta Arts building, Cathedral, Istiqlal Mosque and nice cafes and restaurants. Will book again next time we're in town.

The service is very good and the place is comfortable, clean, highly recommended for those from outside the city, the access is very easy.

It was a great vacation to bring the kids here. The kids were so happy. They had a great time swimming, and the food was delicious. The staff were all friendly. The hotel was clean and smelled great. Amazing 😍

The hotel is old but very well taken care of. They let us in quite early, and we were very grateful for it since we had a long flight from Europe. The staff are super friendly and kind. I will definitely recommend the hotel!

Checking in to check in was quick and easy. The staff were polite, friendly, and patient. Returning your room key was easy and prompt. The security staff were very friendly and courteous. Parking was easy and ample. It's easily accessible.

I spent several days there and was very satisfied. From the hospitality and ease of check-in, to the very comfortable, always clean room, and all the facilities were functioning properly, from the toilet to the hairdryer. What I really liked was the towels, which were very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The location is in the city center, making it easy to get around and visit. There's also a small but well-stocked mall downstairs, especially Sate Khas Senayan, a Jakarta culinary icon. I've stayed there several times, and it's been two years, and everything is still well-maintained. Hopefully, it can be maintained; God willing, we will definitely visit again.

The staff is very friendly. Check-in is possible as early as 1:00 AM. Close to Gajah Mada Plaza, with access to the pool. The large, comfortable smart TV. I've stayed here several times. Absolutely satisfied.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. I stayed here during the BTN East Java event. The staff was amazing, and they were incredibly kind. They even gave me an extra late check-out without any charges. My brother suffered an injury during the full marathon, so he needed time to recover before checking out. Thank you again to the staff; they were incredibly responsive and very kind.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night and someone helped us carry three large suitcases. We'll be back next time.
