This is my first stay at Plataran, and I am truly impressed. The hotel offers a great view, and the reception staff were friendly, providing fantastic service—especially the night service staff on 29 April (Naufal).
The location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around. We were also warmly received by Boris and his team.
Overall, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I often stay here when I go to Magelang. This hotel is spacious, the rooms are nice, the location is very strategic in front of Artos Mall, the service is good, the breakfast is delicious, there is a children's and adult swimming pool, and the Wi-Fi is quite good.

My first time staying at Puri Asri, it's truly a child-friendly hotel. There are loads of play facilities for kids, the swimming pool is great, the breakfast is delicious, and my son also got a birthday surprise at the restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.

If I go to Magelang, I definitely stay at the Grand Artos Hotel.
Besides its easy-to-reach location, the hotel is also connected to the Artos Magelang Mall.
So if you get bored in your room, you can just go to the mall.
This is my fourth stay at the Grand Artos Hotel.

Amazing stay. The room is cozy, the staff are very friendly, swimming pool perfect for laps and a lot of cozy spots to get a good read. The hotel is very close to Puthuk Setumbu, convenient for those wanting to catch the sunrise and followed by a walk to Gereja Ayam. Food is great. Ordered dinner because the night rained down, very tasty grill baby potato and garlic dips 👍

While there's not much variety, it's adequate. The staff and also the management are very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They always try to ensure we're happy during our stay. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. One of the WOW factors is: during our dinner, there's our family photo put on our table. The photo [was] taken earlier in the afternoon (yes, we've got a free photo shoot!).
