The Grand Palm Hotel in Pematang Siantar is a classy hotel with a great value. I booked a superior king-bed room online for 372,000 Rupiah, and I think it was well worth it. The room was comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi, and two bottles of mineral water, along with sachets of sugar, tea, and coffee were provided. The only downsides were the bathroom—the shower head was a bit low, and the night air was quite quiet (perhaps comfortable for some, but for those who prefer a lively atmosphere, it was a bit too quiet). The hotel has a garden that creates a cool and relaxing atmosphere, and a swimming pool, which is a plus. It's strategically located in the city center, close to coffee shops and the Siantar Zoo. I was quite satisfied with breakfast, as in addition to the main course, there were also snacks like sliced fruit, fried snacks, and cakes. Overall, this is a perfect hotel for a comfortable stay in the city center with complete amenities.

The first time I stayed there was very memorable, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, the food was delicious, and the room was spacious and nice.

The hotel is very nice, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, very clean, the hotel environment is beautiful, far from the noise of vehicles, even though the price is cheap but it is not disappointing, if I go to Siantar again I will stay here again 😊.
