I had the most pleasant stay here. The bedroom is pretty big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, I had the main street view. What I love most about this hotel is that it has a mini fridge. The check in process was pretty fast, less than two minutes. Before you want to check in, make sure you have 200.000 IDR with you for the deposit. But, don't worry! There's an ATM (BCA) next to the hotel. The location is very strategic. It's easy to get to some places, like bars, traditional market, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants. I didn't get to try the food and the drink at the bar. Apparently, they're pretty expensive and you need to pay 21% additional fee for tax. The thing that I think needs to be improved is the TV. The quality of the TV is pretty bad. Looks like it's full of ants. But, I am okay with that. Who watches TV nowadays anyway? Also, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, I would give this hotel a rate of 9 out of 10. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Kawana Hotel. The corridors were very comfortable and quiet, with no noise whatsoever. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was spotless, the floors were shiny, the sheets and towels were fragrant, and the bathroom was clean and well-organized. The bathroom was hygienic and fully equipped. 2. Facilities Cold air conditioning, a TV with many channels, and fast and stable Wi-Fi. There was an electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, and a spacious closet. The soft mattress and comfortable pillows ensured a restful sleep.
