Always a pleasure to stay at Cool Living. The bedrooms, towels, and bathrooms are clean. If you get a room that's not aligned with the Qibla, you can pray in the prayer room on the first floor.

Perfect for solo transit with a cheaper budget compared to capsule hotels.

To the owner, please ask for a 10 million increase in staff salaries. Without Cool Living's staff, it wouldn't have a good name and progress. Cool Living's hospitality is really cool, their emotional control is great, the staff is like international hospitality. I want to thank the guy who let me box early even though I arrived at 2:30 PM but forgot to ask his name. Thank you, bro. It wasn't time to go in because my battery was dead so I got a head start to ask to check in first, I didn't know his name, very kind. In the morning there was also a very good cleaning staff, very initiative. I didn't want the housekeeping to come in to clean the room, but they gave me water in front of the door, so sweet, kind, caring. Thank you also to Kak Rafi for helping me move to a larger room type, originally from a single to a double type, helped me overcome my hassle of not having money and the next day I just paid but was still allowed to stay. The staff is good. Bima also reminded me to tell him where my next room was. It's the little things that really make me feel comfortable there, the staff is quick and kind. I'll definitely be back on my next trip. Please don't close permanently, okay?

It was a solid place for its price. Neat and clean.

The hotel was very nice to stay in, clean and tidy, and the furniture was in excellent condition. Compared to capsule hotels, this is a better choice. The downside is that it's located on a small road (about one car's driveway), and when the AC was turned on a few times, it seemed to suck in odors from outside (I don't know if this was due to maintenance or if it's just a regular occurrence). I would stay again.

The room is considered okay for a solo traveler, just enough to sleep. The location is okay. Near to Sarinah and you can walk to Plaza Indonesia as well as Bundaran HI MRT. But from the main road to Cool Living, be careful as it gets darker at night. Breakfast is okay, just one plate of fried rice.
