A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent.
