I came early bird before the check in time. Blessed me, I allowed to enter the room at 12 o'clock without extra charge. The room, swimming pool and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, at breakfast time, there was no standby staff on buffet to serve the food. Some customers was waiting for the staff and the other took the food by themselves (re: covid-19 protocol didn't run well). Hotel rate was very affordable because I got on Epic Sale time 💕

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. They are all friendly, easy going and never failed to make me impressed, I felt like being treated as family. One day a staff say hello to me and we chat. Oh my god. Please avoid staying here. Cockroaches and many bugs in the room and common room. Nobody cleans this property. So dangerous to stay here.
