They have a quite good location and view for danau toba, but I hope they will improve the cleanliness of the room.

I stayed 2 nights last week in Purnama Hotel. Location is good. Food was not good. Just OK. Room OK. Since the room located across the lobby, you need to install phone in each room. So that your guests no need to walk down the stairs and try to find the staff for any assistance needed. The size of room not big. If we bring large suitcase, then your space in the room to go here and there will be limited. The reason we stay in this hotel was because you have restaurant just by the lake. Anyway, I suggest you consider hire a good chef, pay attention to uniform of the staff and train them well. Not because some of them disappointed us, just to bring your hotel to next level.

BEST HOTEL IN BALIGE. No question, it's worth every penny, best service, best facility, best ambience. No doubt, a 10/10.

The hotel staff is very helpful. The hotel is more of a place to sleep and shower, don't expect more. Water heater facilities are available 👍

No breakfast and slow WiFi.
