AC, kamar dan tempat tidur bagus tapi kamar mandinya parah. Kran panas dingin copot, WC duduk tidak keluar air dan semprotan air juga ga fungsi.

Very bad, the cleanliness is very dirty, starting from the room, bed and bathroom, the bed linen doesn't look like it has been replaced with lots of stains. Plus the water in the bathroom came out small.

Pengalaman sangat parah, kami sudah booking dan bayar 2 kamar, sampe di sana dengan santainya penjaga bilang kamarnya habis tinggal satu, nanti yang 1 pakai kamar saya (kondisi kamar masih banyak barang-barang pribadinya, bau rokok, sprei tidak diganti baru). Kami protes lalu penjaga menyalahkan kami karena datang kemalaman (menurut kami bukan alasan yang pas). Lalu kami minta ganti sprei baru dia menolak dengan alasan tidak ada sprei cadangan, kami juga minta barang-barangnya dikeluarkan, penjaga menolak karena dia bilang tidak ada tempat lagi, sungguh aneh sekali kami disuruh tidur dengan barang-barang pribadinya. Lalu kami menelpon ownernya tapi ownernya sangat tidak ramah serta menutup telepon langsung. Apakah sikap seperti itu layak sebagai penyedia jasa? Dan juga sikap penjaganya sangat slengekan, tidak ada sopan, dan menyepelekan pelanggan.

Sangat tidak rekomen, halaman depan kumuh, lokasi berada di sekitar rumah penduduk, sampah berserakan, bocor sana sini, dinding kusam seperti bangunan tak terawat, sprei banyak noda sepertinya jarang diganti, sebaiknya merekomendasi kan penginapan yang bersih dan nyaman.

Disappointing. Only the right words to describe the experience of choosing this inn. This place is very far from the appearance presented in the preview photo on the application page. Since entering the building, it is very clear how this place is not maintained. The walls and ceiling are full of mold and traces of water seepage, even in the room so it feels very humid. The bathroom, shower, and toilet are also unusable and dirty. The bed sheet was yellowish in color and filled with dirty and weird spots. And I also saw this condition occur in the 5 rooms that I entered. I finally gave up, less than 30 minutes in the room I finally decided to go out and look for a new inn. I don't think it's because of cheap lodging that the facilities offered are like that, because I myself have also chosen to use cheap lodging several times but recently I decided to walk out. I was so disappointed and furious, I didn't have time to take photos to support this opinion. Hopefully this experience can be a note for the manager and can be taken into consideration by other fellow travelers.

Zonk banget. Masa di photonya, iklannya hotelnya bersih, kamarnya bersih, tapi faktanya: pas masuk kamar, kamarnya bau, berasa kaya kamar tidak berventilasi yang ada uap air bekas mandi. Kasurnya berantakan, lecek spreinya, dan herannya kok kasurnya ada spot yang anget dan bikin suudzon aja kan. Keset ke kamar mandinya dong! Basah bau! Kamar mandinya juga serem kotor banget terutama langit langitnya. Memang sih 99ribu, tidak ngarep mewah dan bagus kok. Tapi minimal bersih jangan jorok! Harusnya kalau mau gitu, photonya sesuai sama kondisi nyata. Jangan: iklannya bagus di aplikasi, bersih, tapi nyatanya berbanding terbalik.

The service is very unsatisfactory, the rooms are only prepared when guests arrive, check-in is carried out directly by the service even though the guests have not confirmed check-in, the room walls are damp, the toilet is dirty.

1. The staff is not friendly, I was told to wait for him to eat to check in. Maybe not unfriendly but more like no ethics. 2. The whole building is already leaking and rotting. Many of the walls are swollen. 3. The room has a lot of cobwebs and the bathroom is damp, there is no camphor, the air conditioner is not cold at all, even the wifi can't be used. 4. I never give a review like this, but this is really really bad to live in especially with staff like that.

The bathroom is dirty, the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned, the reception service is in my opinion not really because when I arrived it was late at night he said my room didn't have a blanket because I came late, the room was given to another inn. you know even though I have transferred and booked from the morning. should I want to come or not the room has to be ready donk.

Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan. dari awal datang d sambut sama recepsionis yg menurut sy ngeselin bgt.. masa dia blng kamar yg sy pesen tidak ada selimutnya karena sy datang terlalu malam dan kamar yg sudah d siapkn sudah d isi orang lain. . lho seharusnya tamu mau datang jm berapa aja atau skalipun tdk datang kalau kamar sudah d bayar itu hak sitamu donk.. sudah gitu kamar mandinya kotor banget . karena sy pesan 2 kamar sepertinya yg 1 belum sempet d bersihin setelah tamu lain pergi.. sumpah kecewa bgt..
