Highly recommended!! Especially the Toraja VIP room, it's absolutely stunning for honeymooners! There aren't many rooms, so staying here feels exclusive, and the hotel is conveniently located near Borobudur. Also, don't miss out on the restaurant's food! It's absolutely delicious! The special fried rice is a breakfast option! You must also get the fried cassava and mendoan tempeh! The best! Thank me later :)

Staying 3 days 2 nights at Shanaya felt lacking. Wanted to extend but it was already full. Very satisfied staying here. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, all the food is delicious, all the staff are friendly. Swimming pool in front of Kanar plus mountain view mixed with rice fields. When else can you enjoy the natural atmosphere & animal sounds that are rarely heard in Jakarta. Really TOP for Shanaya. Hopefully can stay again soon

For that price rate, I think the cleanliness is very lacking, especially the bathroom in Number 4. Take a look, there is moss on the floor under the shower around, the sink is not clean for hotel standards, there are stains, and also for the swimming pool, I think it is very poorly maintained because when my husband was swimming with my child, we almost slipped on the stairs because it was very slippery with moss. And for breakfast, if only a few rooms, namely less than 6 rooms, guests only have a la carte breakfast with limited menu choices, even for the buffet, the breakfast choices are very minimal. Before everything is improved, for that rate, I don't think it is recommended. Tingkyu. Oh yeah, I deliberately didn't take a photo because I didn't have the heart to take a photo of it because of the moss in my bathroom. Please check it yourself.

They don’t have toilet paper here, but I have brought my own. We did not have hot water, but they put the instruction on the wall to contact the reception, so they fixed it quickly. We cannot expect perfection because we are 1500m above sea level, but the view is unbelievable. At that time, we are here, there are many flies everywhere because it is nearby the farm. They fertilise the vegetables. I hate flies because they are very dirty.

The view is beautiful, the room is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It's just a shame that the swimming pool is not kept clean, I almost slipped because the pool stairs were full of moss and very slippery, the bottom of the pool is very dirty, so I can't swim

cons: The cleanliness of the room is very lacking, especially the bathroom is very dirty when we arrived at the hotel. We even called the cleaning staff to clean the bathroom and there were still tissue marks on the rocks. The swimming pool is also very dirty, not cleaned regularly. pro: the vip room has a very good view

The experience of staying 1 night at Shanaya Borobudur Villa No. 2 will be divided into several points: 1. Room: * Initially when I first arrived, the door was damaged (couldn't be locked) * The aroma in the room felt like dust, maybe because people rarely stayed at my place * The room was difficult to cool because of the many vents that allowed cold air to escape from the room * Comfort was lacking because it can be seen from the photo I attached that there are several parts of the window that are open and most likely can be seen from the outside clearly to the inside of the room * The room feels dirty, there are several points of termite marks visible in the room 2. Bathroom: * In terms of comfort and privacy, it feels very lacking, because it can be seen in the photo that there is an open part that can most likely be seen from the outside. * The shower turned out to be leaking so I couldn't use the main shower * Overall, I like the design because it adopts a natural concept like in Bali. 3. Facilities: * Swimming Pool: Very dirty and dirty, when I arrived the swimming pool was off and not turned on. It is clear that the dirt in the swimming pool is rarely cleaned. It should be given more attention, even though there are few visitors, it must still be kept clean. * Kids Area: None, in my opinion this hotel is not child-friendly because there are no facilities for small children 4. Restaurant: * Very sad with a rate of 1.2 million with a heavy heart for breakfast not buffet only a la carte and choose a certain menu with a very limited menu choice. Because I was the only one staying on that day from a total of 8 villas only me and my family stayed. * The taste of the food is quite good, and the price of the food served at this restaurant is fairly cheap and satisfying considering the taste is good. Conclusion with a rate of 1.2 million / night, breakfast not buffet, dirty swimming pool, I will not return to Shanya.
