The room wasn't ready at first, and the receptionist just gave me the key. The AC was leaking. The bathroom floor drain wasn't working properly. The paint on the walls was peeling.

The blankets were dirty, the window curtains looked like they'd never been washed. I found numerous cockroach-like insects in the room, and the soap and shampoo containers were empty. The room smelled.

Unfortunately, there are no hot water dispensers on each floor. So, if you need hot water for drinking, you have to ask for it in the lower lobby. The bathroom faucet leaks.

The price is cheap, the location is very close to the Blok M MRT station, but the bedroom is very narrow and stuffy, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is dirty, the towels and pillowcases smell like they haven't been changed, and the breakfast is just so-so.
