The staff at this hotel were friendly and professional and they can communicate with you in different languages. The room was clean and spacious. I really like the terrace on the top floor. It's near the Vatican and close to some landmarks. I am happy with the choice I made

Great place to stay! Amazing location could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. The staff was so kind and helpful for it being our first time in Italy. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

A great hotel in a great area.
Staff friendly, helpful, very good English spoken.
Room very nice. Unserviced while you stay, but we're all civilised adults, arent we? It is secure.
The roof-top terrace was great.
Lots of drinking and dining options just a few minutes away. Great local feel. There's a bar nearby, can't remember the name - cross the road, turn right, turn left at the cafe on the corner (and don't even think about stopping there, its very poor value), walk 20 yards, and you're there. Cosy, great value, our favourite spot.
We had a great time, and having the right hotel in the right area makes all the difference.

The staff were great! The hotel has half floors which the elevator doesn’t stop at so be prepared to carry heavy suitcases . We had some sickness and had to extend our stay; the same room increased dramatically in price because the hotel was sold out .

The room was extremely clean and had a bar fridge which was nice for storing beverages and perishable snacks.
Conveniently located in the heart of Venice.
No elevator, but hotel operator helped us transfer our luggage to our room and also stored our luggage on our last day after check-out so we could do more sightseeing before we left.

I had the worst experience. They didn’t even had a hand wash. Really old hotel with old switches couldn’t charge anything. Didn’t compensate. WiFi wasn’t working in my room

Location is great, Castel Angelo, Vatican, & st. Peter's Basilica are all walking distance. You need to pay extra to have an AC. Staff is only till 8pm so make sure to inform them if you are checking in late. We only got shower gel, so make sure you have your own shampoo & conditioner. No kettle, no microwave, & no fridge. Overall, you get what you paid for. If being near to your desired tourist spot is your priority then it works.

Air conditioning was not working in my room. Shower stall is very small. I'm 5'4 150lbs so I can imagine what a taller or heftier might experience.

Well located easy walking distance to lots of sights and public transport. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy road so the noise is constant, you definitely need earplugs to sleep.
