This hotel was an amazing finish to our week in Italy! The staff was excellent, from check-in to breakfast service to check-out. The room with a view over Ponte Vecchio was awe-inspiring. The location to all the main sights of Florence was ideal. A must stay on my next trip to Florence!

Amazing hotel in every way. Located near the Ponte Vecchio, right on river and easy walk to everything. The hotel is beautifully decorated with small bar and nice breakfast including American pot of coffee. But the best part was the outstanding service. They upgraded our room and and we overlooked the river and a bottle of prosecco was sitting for us at check in.

Our family booked to rooms and spent two very pleasant nights at this hotel. It has one of the best locations in town just off Ponte Vechio at the historic center of Venice. Breakfast was great and the service personnel who tended to it was the best in the hotel.

We had a VERY SLIGHT snafu when we first got to our room (roll-away for 3rd person wasn't already in room like the desk thought). They quickly apologized, & ended up upgrading us to a larger room to accommodate the 3rd bed even better. I had booked a river view room, but our view of the Ponte Vecchio was amazing!
Staff was very accommodating & helpful with our many questions.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
