The staff and location are perfect! Staying in this beautiful property, trust you will be well taken care of by lovely people! They arranged an early check in and to hold our bags when arrived early, arranged our car for an early morning flight with a breakfast box, and were delights. The rooms are bigger than I thought, the challenge is the air conditioning was not strong enough for this Canadian and my Norwegian friend. It did work but just never got cool for sleeping. The location was perfect to get fresh air along the river and walk to explore Florence.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that’s included in the stay was delicious! The air conditioning worked well, however a few nights did get a little warm at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Incredibly beautiful hotel. We stayed there last year & knew we would return again this year. We were treated very special & it was acknowledged by many staff as return guests. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Berchelli, the property is beautiful, the staff extremely professional & the location is ideal on the Arno River right near the Ponte Vecchio. We will return next time we visit Florence!!

The booking was easy! Arriving there the staff were impeccable, helpful and so professionally courteous. I had a room on the 5th floor but had to walk up a staircase to my room. I didnt have a bathtub which I really that i wished I had asked for specifically. The bed was comfortable and the room was a.perfect temperature. I had 3 windows and opening the 2 made a flow through beautiful breeze. There is a church nearby and bells ring every half hour. I found it pleasant. Also the sound of horses hooves could be heard clopping outside and it was very cozy feeling. I slept great, breakfast was good. Again, service was impeccable!

Friendly staff

This hotel was an amazing finish to our week in Italy! The staff was excellent, from check-in to breakfast service to check-out. The room with a view over Ponte Vecchio was awe-inspiring. The location to all the main sights of Florence was ideal. A must stay on my next trip to Florence!

Amazing hotel in every way. Located near the Ponte Vecchio, right on river and easy walk to everything. The hotel is beautifully decorated with small bar and nice breakfast including American pot of coffee. But the best part was the outstanding service. They upgraded our room and and we overlooked the river and a bottle of prosecco was sitting for us at check in.

Our family booked to rooms and spent two very pleasant nights at this hotel. It has one of the best locations in town just off Ponte Vechio at the historic center of Venice. Breakfast was great and the service personnel who tended to it was the best in the hotel.

Love the location and ease of walk ability. I was looking for a hotel that was clean, had good a/c, and walkable - this hotel hit the mark!
