Once the temperature is selected, the shower water remains very constant, but its operation is not so intuitive: it took me 10 minutes to understand how to use it.

Overall decent place to stay near station

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.

Reception staff were very welcoming, warm, and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was comfortable but could be updated. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Great location close to bus and train station, walkable to major sites.

The staff at Hotel Igea were particularly helpful. The hotel is right near the train station, which was perfect, but I needed help to find my way to the sights, and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Really convenient for a visit to Brescia, close to the station, and a short walk to the town centre and sights. Generous room size, and comfortable.

Everything good even if a little bit old

We did not like breakfast.We did not like bathroom with only hot water.

Excellent location, just a few metres from the train station. Spacious room. Good restaurant. No tea kettle provided as they say hotel is full and hence not available. It's strange, since I thought kettles must be in every room in a 4 star hotel. Provided the next day. Otherwise no complaints.

Excellent stay and it is located on one of the main roads around 5 minutes walk from the station. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and organized an early check in when we got there at 0900. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the city centre is easily walkable from the hotel. Highly recommend.

My room needed a bad make over. The bed felt like it has not been replaced for decades. The carpet, sink, and shower need to be replaced. They need to be updated. The hallway slightly smells like sewer. The staff is GREAT though!

A decent hotel, within view of the train station. Overall friendly staff. The entrance, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and comfortable. However my room, not sure about all of them as I know they are doing some renovations, was extremely outdated. The bed was very low to the ground and not very comfortable. The sink and fixtures in the bathroom were also very low. One of the lights were out in the bathroom which made it very dark. Told the front desk about it, but it didn’t get fixed before I left. There were holes in the wall, upholstery on the chairs was ripped and a terrible view. The room needed an entire overhaul. The light on the phone continually blinked and after telling the front desk about it twice I just unplugged it for my last night. I expected more, way more from a 4-star hotel, considering I jus stayed at one last week in Portugal. While it was right next to the train station which made it very convenient for walking, there are others in the vicinity or as well, or as in my case for my next visit I have booked another a little further away.
