Beautiful hotel right opposite the station. Our flight was late evening and took the Marconi Express train took 20mins no hassle very easy to book. Our room was lovely ,, comfy bed, large bathroom with shower with shampoo & body lotion, you need to bring your own conditioner. Tea, coffee with kettle, and chargeable minibar. Very helpful staff and polite reception who are happy to help with any query you may have. Breakfast was amazing and everything thing is walkable. Loads of restaurants to choose from, local shop right next to the station, and in town. We took day trip train to Florence, Venice, Ferrera, Rimini if you want to head off to a beach resort, Modena home of Ferarri, other options available to visit too. We this hotel really needs is swimming pool, sauna where you can relax after a busy day. Very happy overall and would definitely stay here again.

Really don’t have anything negative to say about this place. Located just across from the train station, super nice room and bed, bathroom had an oversized tub and everything looked new. They even disposed of my broken suitcase for free. Reasonable price also. Can’t go wrong.

Great location - walkable to the city centre, but outside the ZTL, so no special pass required for the car. Parking is available (at a daily charge) BUT the entrance from the street is very tight so wide vehicles/SUVs beware! The hotel is a little tired, with basic over-the-bath shower facilities, and they use those 3-in-a-row-round-pin plug sockets (unlike France and Germany) so make sure you have the correct adapter. Buffet breakfast spread was good - à la carte is charged extra. We would consider staying here again.

Amazing location, lovely hotel lobby and bar. Room was perfect for our 2 day stay. The sofa bed was not made up for our son on arrival so we had to request that on our first evening.

This hotel was located in a great location and extremely convenient to the train station and downtown area. They staff was very helpful and professional.
