볼로냐 중앙역 내려 정문앞에 바로 보여 넘 좋았고 아침마다 다른 지역여행갈때도 기차타기도 편했어요 볼로냐 구도심까지 걸어서10-15 분정도 걸려요 역안에 포켓커피 저렴한 마트도 두군데 있어 지인들 선물 사기도 편했습니다 직원분들 친절했고 청소도 깨끗하게 잘해주셨고 조식도 깔끔하고 배부르게 하루 시작하는데 저흰 많이 도움 받았습니다 연식이 좀 되어 보이지만 대형호텔이라 믿고 잘 쉬었습니다 편하고 행복하게 잘 머물다 왔습니다 감사합니다

역바로 앞에 있어서 위치만 좋았습니다. 시설 청결상태 모두 별로 좋지않았구요 전시회가 있는때라 가격이 평소의 몇배였음에도 조식도 컨시어지 서비스도 모두 만족스럽지 못했습니다 다시는 그 호텔을 이용하지 않을것입니다.

편하고 깨끗한 편, 아늑하고 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋습니다! 일단 Silver 회원이라고 방을 업그레이드 받아, 최고층인 7층으로 배정받아서 방에서 보는 뷰가 끝내줬어요. 기차역과 1분 거리인것도 짐 많은 여행자에겐 천국같은 숙소였고요. 전체적으로 직원들이 매우 친절하고, 침대 및 고풍스러운 가구도 좋았고, 방이 카펫이 없는 나무 바닥인 점이 제일 마음에 들었습니다. 청결도는 엄청엄청 꺠끗 하다고는 못하고, 깨끗한 편이에요. 아무래도 연식이 있다보니 욕실에 좀 곰팡이나, 방 구석이나 창틀에 먼지등이 많이 보였습니다. 호텔스닷컴 예약에는 웰컴 와인 1병이 선물로 제공된다고 쓰여있었는데, 받지 못해 다음날 물어보니 깜빡했다면서 그제야 주더라고요. 정말 실수일 수도 있지만, 엎드려 절받은 기분

The hotel was excellent in many terms: location, room spaciousness, cleanliness, interior, service, etc. Different kinds of bread and cakes in breakfast tasted really good and even though kinds of dishes were limited the quality of the food was really good; especially, scrambled egg was the best ever tasted. I want to thank especially the staff in the morning shift who helped me with making a reservation at the lab for the PCR. He was very kind in making the calls and giving me the information.

This hotel had many positive attributes. First of all the location was excellent. It was close to the main attractions, but also close to the train station. The room itself was of decent size. But I would say that it was booked as a “ triple room“. If that is a triple room, I would hate to see a single because it was still somewhat cramped. But it was aesthetic, The HVAC worked well, and the bathroom was nice. I would say the bed was quite hard, which was a major problem. But otherwise, the gym was meager, but it was spacious enough and had enough equipment to get in a good workout. I was happy with it. The breakfast on the other hand, was mid range to poor in quality. Several items, like sausages and bacon, tasted plastic like and stale. This was consistent over multiple days. But the coffee was OK and they had some other items that were okay. But the breakfast was quite a disappointment. Furthermore the main maître D of the breakfast room was not a particularly pleasant guy, and he was fairly rude on one occasion, which was a big turn off. Overall, this hotel was at least OK if not fairly pleasant. I would consider staying there again.
