The staff provided excellent service; they were polite, helpful, and welcoming to foreigners. The food was delicious, the onsen was superb, the rooms were spacious, and the restaurant was luxurious. Because the heater in our new room broke, they promptly informed us and offered a discount on our accommodation. 10/10!
