All the staff, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff, were incredibly polite and considerate. Since we had small children with us, we asked the restaurant to serve the food earlier, and since it was a celebration for my parents, we asked them to prepare a dessert plate. They gladly accepted our requests. On the day of the celebration, they were considerate of our children and asked if we wanted some ice cream, which made us feel warm inside. They also prepared a celebratory plate, even though we only requested it over the phone on the day. Thank you so much. We would like to use your service again when we visit Yokohama. location right in Yokohama China town. very close to the train station, very clean in all areas of the hotel. hotel staff are very friendly, check in and check out only takes a few minutes. the room is soundproof, not noisy. towels, bed covers are super clean. highly recommended for those who want to stay in Yokohama.

Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Yokohama. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the harbor. One of the best things about this place is the location, it’s just a one minute walk to the nearest station, plus right next door is a recommended Patisserie store named Strasbourg.

The hotel location is right in front of Yamashita Park and the port is for a cruise or Seabass ride. Only 300 m from the station. Besides that, the location is quite strategic to Chinatown and Yokohama Cosmoworld. About 400 m there is Mega Don Quijote making it easier to shop. There is also an MCD not far from the hotel. Friendly service. Even though you have checked out, the hotel is willing to accept bag storage.

All the staff were polite and helpful. The room was cozy enough for 2 adults and 1 5-year-old. Location was great!
