Very recommended hotel! Great in all aspects! The free shuttle service is very convenient. Will stay here again if we’re back to Kawaguchiko.

We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Hotel Mystays. It is very close to a bus stop, making access easy, and offers bus connections to Kawaguchiko Station. It is just a short walk to Lawson and various food outlets. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the amenities, pajamas, and onsen.

It was a truly memorable experience to stay in a twin room with a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. Highly recommended.

The view of Mount Fuji is beautiful. There are staff members who can speak Thai, providing great assistance and excellent service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, there are staff who can speak English, and there is a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station, so it is convenient. The room is clean and there is a smoking area outside.

My go-to hotel every time I visit Fuji. Close to the mosque and halal food. The room view is a definite Mt. Fuji. There's a bus stop, bike rentals, and Lake Kawaguchi right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The mountain view of Mt. Fuji was perfect!

It was a good experience for us when staying at Fujisan Station Hotel. They have a very good location, delicious food, and good ambiance.

The place was beautiful. you could take the onsen for almost 24 hr. The food was very delicious. Best miso soup I had in Japan. The crab was fresh and sweet. Love this place

We just like our stay here. Easy check in check out process and the owner very kind to help us to bring our luggage to our room. Location wise very superb with fuji san view. Highly recommended.

The stay at this hotel was splendid, the room was very clean and has the traditional cozy feel, amenities were good, with public bath, breakfast spread, and even has a KTV room/table tennis room that we can book and use. There is a simple snack and beverage bar during the day for guests to enjoy, too. The hotel staff were very friendly and even helped to clear the snow off the cars parked at their premise during the morning when guests were going to make their way out. Such a simple gesture is very well appreciated. My family and kids really enjoyed and loved this place. Excellent. Thank you!

The location is nice, just a 5-minute walk to Lake Kawaguchiko, 3 minutes to FamilyMart on the way to the lake, and 250m to Lawson. We rented bicycles from the homestay and cycled around the area. It's calm and peaceful. We requested the counter to call a taxi to the bus terminal. Wonderful experience!
