The hotel was in great condition, very clean and modern. The staff were polite and helpful. A bit of a walk from the subway station when you have luggage, though lots of restaurants are in walking distance. Donki market and food court across the street if you need something quick. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice renovated hotel, with easy on site parking. Only a 5 minute drive to Nagoya Castle and not far from Legoland. Would stay here again.

Exceptional check in staff that went above & beyond as part way though stay needed to change rooms.
Modern new hotel in a quiet less crowded area away from the train station.
Walkable to many nearby restaurants
The disappointing aspect was the lady on the help desk/ concierge desk that provided inaccurate & misleading information that if we had not looked further into it ourselves could have spoilt our trip to Nagoya.
