The hotel is classic with very helpful hotelier. The location is near Ginza, and it is a walking distance with a lot of restaurants near the hotel. No need to worry if you do not order breakfast in the hotel. It is near convenience store which I believe you need to try their snacks and onigiri for breakfast. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience staying at Daiichi Hotel Tokyo.

The room was very big and clean and one more free minibar and every day it was refilled. The location of the hotel is very close to Shimbashi station making access everywhere easy and also outside the hotel a lot of food. If you go to Tokyo, you will go to this hotel again

The airport limousine bus stops right outside this stylish hotel making it an easy and excellent choice for your arrival in Tokyo. The staff are all super polite, helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and the bathroom provided everything you could imagine from a wide selection of toiletries, spare razor, hairbrush. We opted for the buffet breakfast which had a wide selection to suit every style, and plentiful high quality selection. We found it is to navigate from here into Tokyo centre and then on to the station to head off on tour!

We had a wonderful stay! The Daiichi Hotel Tokyo is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the staff was always kind, welcoming, and eager to help. They truly made our experience enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the concierge service. It would be helpful if the concierge offered more guidance on local attractions and transportation, and was better equipped to assist with booking tours and day trips. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as unforgettable as the first. The staff’s dedication is unmatched. The rooms are very clean! Location is convenient to the Shimbashi station with an underground tunnel connecting to it. When we arrived, we asked a team member for a ramen recommendation; the next morning, he stopped us to share an even better spot he had researched overnight, truly above-and-beyond service! Our family also loved the fresh, delicious breakfast buffet, which had options for everyone. We highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is located conveniently to get to any destinations. We stayed 3 nights with club lounge access and club lounge service was great. Food was excellent and staffs were great. The view from lounge was breathtaking. Excellent stay!

This is the second time we stayed at the Daiichi Hotel. Everything was wonderful ,they even sent a surprise gift to my son for his birthday. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily but it did get a little boring seeing the same items each day. We did explore the French restaurant a few times which was great too but that's also a set menu meal. I also feel that our room felt smaller then before as it was not facing the Tokyo tower. We were on the other side and although we enjoyed watching the trains travel throughout the day, we would have liked to be on the other side. Overall, Daiichi Hotel is a very comfortable, great hotel with wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Convenient location. Walking distance to Ginza and easy access to other city centers. The hotel is a bit pricey side for the condition of the rooms. Most of hotel staffs were helpful and friendly though one lady at the front desk had a stiff manner.

My family and I loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. The room was pretty spacious and super clean. We loved the lounge, except we didn't know about the no kids under the age of 12 after 7:30 pm. My daughter is 10 and very well behaved and has travelled extensively. This fact should have been told to us before we purchased, but we liked the lounge when we were actually allowed to use it. The access to the subway from inside the hotel was also really nice, especially when it was raining. We would definitely stay here again!

Location proximity to the trains was great (the hidden subway access to the trains from Basement level B2 was a bonus) as well as the plethora of toiletries in the room were great to have. We loved the breakfast buffet in the 'Enchante' restaurant.

Outstanding property. Everything was perfect. Five minute walk to major train station and numerous subways. A Lawson is a two minute walk. Amazing lounge upstairs with great food and drinks. Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant. Carpet in room was a bit older - other than that everything was great.

Staff were really lovely- always there to greet you and extremely helpful. The hotel is a little dated and it’s near the train line which is great during the day as it’s literally a 90m walk to Shinbashi train station. You can hear the trains at night but we were all so tired we still slept through. The rooms were always clean and towels replaced with toiletries available. If you’re looking for convenience then this is the hotel for you!
