신사이바시역이랑 가까워서 이동하기 좋아요! 도톤보리도 걸어서 금방이고 우메다랑 센노지, 오사카 성도 지하철로 빠르게 갈 수 있었습니다☺️ 그리고 캡슐호텔인데도 내부가 생각보다 넓어서 캐리어 펴놓고도 잘 지냈어요 ! 다음에 오사카오면 여기서 또 묵고싶음 ,,!!

budget friendly, convenient option for a quick stay as a solo traveler. the facilities were extremely nice, with many supplies (toothpaste, pajamas, etc.). please note that the front desk is on the second floor.

Very modern and well equipped. Staff very friendly. The capsules are long enough for tall people to sleep in (e.g. 6'3") and basically the size of a double bed but with a single size futon to sleep on with the extra space for storage. Can definitely recommend for people not used to capsules who want to try it out. It's still a hostel mind, so the obvious downsides come with that e.g. 14 people per dorm, noise etc but if you're okay with that this is an excellent hostel It's a hostel so exoe

Honestly I didn’t not expect the cabins to be so small. I also didn’t like that the mattress was too thin because it hurt my back. Also, the WiFi would not work sometimes. The only thing I liked was the public bath.

Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi is a surprisingly comfortable, clean and satisfying capsule-hotel-style stay in Osaka. The Staff went out of their way to assist me when that saw I had trouble climbing the stairs, which was very appreciated. (Arigato, Osakabe-san!) The baths on the top floor were wonderful and hot! Just the cure for sore legs after a day of walking and sightseeing. The environment was quiet and pleasant. Google Maps made it easy to find my way to the hotel from the nearby station. I would have liked a slightly thicker futon, because I am a larger, heavier man. But extra blankets helped pad the bed for my stay. Close proximity to two combini and several coffee shops was a great asset. I would definitely recommend Hotel Cargo for travelers looking for good-quality inexpensive accommodations with friendly staff. Ookini, Hotel Cargo, Shinsaibashi! (^__^)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cargo! I was going to be in Osaka on my own for one night and as Japan is the only country that I know of that has capsule hotels, I was super keen to try this out. Cargo did not disappoint - immaculately clean and organised and the staff so helpful with check in. Highly recommended

The staff were great! The place had way more space than a hostel and even an onsen on the top floor which I didn't expect before I arrived. The staff kept bringing new towels every day so I ended up with a pile of them when I left, but too many is better than too few I guess!

Cabin and shower/ toilets were clean, good for travelers who just needs a place to sleep and out for the whole day. About 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi station, which is has everything you need. Another 10 mins gets you to Dotonburi.

A fantastic capsule hotel especially for the price. The room is tall enough for me, a 6'3" person to kneel. I could fit in my carry-on luggage into the room and nothing happened to my larger suitcase which was looked after by the front desk. The public bath is a godsend for when you've spent the day walking around Osaka or doing day-trips to other areas. The location is pretty good, being about an equal distance from Hommachi and Shinsaibashi stations. The Namba market is also a stop away and is only about a 1km walk away if you want to save some money. The staff are also very kind and polite. My two main gripes with the hotel is that the futon is a different sleeping experience for me and I wasn't able to sleep on my side for long, and that the safe provided couldn't fit my laptop. But it is otherwise a fantastic place and I wish more capsule hotels would learn from it.
