Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Osaka station and less than 5 mins from the airport limo bus pickup point. The plus points of this hotel are the complimentary onsen, coffee, snacks, happy hour drinks, and supper at different times of the day. You can totally stay in the hotel all day!

Great hotel for our young family. 4 beds were combined in the room. Guests were extremely friendly. The Lounge provided free water refills, and drinks & snacks throughout the day. About a 10 min walk to Osaka station.

The property is a 7-10 minute walk from Osaka station, which was easily routed via Google Maps & was easy for 2 middle-aged people who do a fair amount of walking. It's much closer to Nishi-Umeda station for further travel around the city. Rooms were clean & very nice. There was a small, booth-style seating area with table in each room. There were 2 pillows on each bed: a much more firm buckwheat pillow & a very soft pillow. Our two beds were pushed together in mine & my husband's room, or they can be separated as they were in our kid & their friend's room. I initially thought I had booked the rooms with tubs but when it turned out I had not, it was very easy to upgrade for a minimal price increase (¥1000 per room per night) to get the Japanese style shower/bath combo. Let me tell you it's WORTH IT. There is nothing like scrubbing clean while you fill your bath & then soaking in bath salts after a long day of walking around Osaka. ALWAYS go for the tub room! The air conditioner was difficult to figure out...until we realized there were instructions for it on the table. The lights & A/C work based on whether your key card is in the little slot by the door, so the A/C doesn't work while you're out. If you're American like us, this means you won't come back to a cold room. It didn't both us, but I know some people really prefer that. Overall I found this an incredible price for this stay & I will absolutely choose Intergate again when we come back to Osaka.

In terms of location it’s great! Friendly staff and easy to get to. Although I have a few negative comments, one being the breakfast is absolutely horrible. Not much options & no milk alternatives! I did not eat breakfast there although I paid for it. Secondly, the lifts are impossible to get. I don’t understand why have not separated the lifts based on floors. It gets so busy and takes forever to get up/down. Lastly, the room size in Japan is known to be small and that’s fine! However the layout is very bad, you don’t have enough space to move around. I also felt the bathroom was very much like. 2-3 star hotel and standards were very low. Although, it’s in a nice area, I would recommend another hotel in the area instead

First time here, for business so needed to be near station but also far enough away to avoid taxi crowd. Hotel was very good. Modern, clean, everything works. Evening snacks and wine was great. I would have liked more breakfast options, particularly hot and well cooked scrambled eggs, or fried, and much better coffee. That said it was all fresh and better than many other Japanese hotels I’ve stayed at. Happy to return here one day.
