Fantastic hotel from top to bottom. Clean room, comfy bed, and hot shower. I will be staying here on my next trip to Tokyo. There is no need to try anything else when you already have the best.

The hotel room was small, but functional. There is not a lot of room if you have many suitcases. They provide toiletries, which is nice. The restaurant on site was $$$ but there is an attached 711 and the location was very convenient for shopping and dining out.

Everything was great, room is a decent size considering Japan. We could fit open a checked and carry on luggage. Hotel has all the toiletries needed.
I do suggest not including breakfast. It’s good but not enough variety.
Staff is super helpful and polite. They have microwave and ice machine. It includes two water bottlers per night.

Despite booking a non-smoking room, I noticed the smell of cigarettes. They might have converted a smoking room into a non-smoking one, but the odor tends to linger. I was disappointed to be assigned a room on the fourth floor—a lower level. However, the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, making up for the disappointing room.

Rooms were very clean and hotel staff were helpful. Location is close to the train station and having a 7-11 right downstairs is also really convenient. We also tried their breakfast which was fresh and tasty.
