周辺は、徒歩圏内にはコンビニくらいしかないので

For the amount paid, I was pretty disappointed. It was a bad location to have as our base in Tsuruga and it was very dated. The amenities all needed payment if you wanted to use them, even the gym! The staff were all kind. I think there are better options for a stay in Tsuruga.

The rooms seem a little dated but they are clean and everything works well. Not too much in the area for food unless you’re willing to walk.

After seeing the place, we ended up not staying, since it was an old and outdated hotel. The people who run the place are actually quite nice.

This place is a bit old (the usual stained carpets in the rooms, etc), but FOR THE PRICE I thought it was okay. The onsen bath was good and the breakfast was huge. And older place that is fine, considering the price.

4人部屋に宿泊させていただきました。少し時代を感じますが館内はルンバが走り回っており綺麗に掃除されていました。
客室も広く高級感のある綺麗なお部屋でした。お食事は地元の特産品を使った様々なお料理でとても美味しく、楽しませていただきました。スタッフの方々も丁寧に対応いただきとても満足です！
客室のお風呂もトイレと別で広々としていて綺麗でしたが、現在大浴場が閉鎖中との事でそこは少し残念でした。
地下1階にはジム、カラオケルーム、コミックルームと様々ありましたが同じく地下1階にある閉鎖中の大浴場の影響でしょうか、フロア全体がかなりカビ臭く感じましたのでそこは少しマイナス。総合的には綺麗な館内、丁寧なスタッフさん、美味しいお食事と沢山の設備でとても満足させていただきました。ありがとうございました！

・ダイナソー部屋に子供達は大喜びでした
部屋はユニットバスでトイレと浴槽がシャワーカーテンで仕切るタイプです。
シャワーカーテンは赤カビが生えていたので
シャワーカーテンも定期的に交換して欲しいです。
チェックインもチェックアウトもiPadでするので手軽です。
その分チェックアウトしても
カウンターに人がいるにも関わらずなんの挨拶も無しです。朝食もお腹いっぱい食べれましたが、おもてなしというよりかは、淡々とという感じです。
