The hotel is conveniently located between Odori Park and JR Tower, making it easy to get around. The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, and there's a key card access system for the elevator. Additionally, there's a separate counter offering complimentary toiletries such as tea, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, which is helpful if you haven't brought your own.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Room and bed are a bit small for 2 persons but it’s Japan so kind of expected. It’s better to book a bigger room with 2 beds for 2 persons in order to stay comfortably.

Amazing hotel! Location is brilliant, a really lovely base for seeing Sapporo. Everything was perfect. My only comment is how hot the rooms are, but easily fixed by opening our window

Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. Very convenient location. I have, however, stayed at similar hotels for about 70% of the cost, so 4 stars. It’s a bit expensive.

Rook was in good condition. Didn’t like that the shower area was a bit small and that the shower curtains smelled bad. Hotel staff also don’t clean rooms on a daily basis so this is something we’re not used to
