I stayed with my family with 2 rooms. There are renovated rooms, so make sure with your options before you make the booking. The room view is amazing. The staff is very helpful. I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care

Great stay at Shinjuku Prince, staff were friendly and pleasant, accommodating to requests as well. Room is considered average in terms of size of Tokyo hotel rooms, but equipped with the necessary facilities.

Location is super great, walking distance to Metro and JR line, shopping and dining in surrounding hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Hotel amenities are great, compliment with face masks, I really enjoy it. Surely will come back when visiting Tokyo.

Very close to airport bus, Shinjuku station, restaurants, and shopping. Modern and clean, huge room by Japan standards. Change of towels daily. Toiletries and amenities provided. Water dispenser at lift lobby. Excellent service - when requested to remove the topper from my bed (too soft for my liking), it was done. Best of all, they allow early check-in if the room is ready.

It's very strategically located right at the station exit, with numerous convenience stores and even a supermarket. It's close to a market with everything, lots of food, and also right in front of a bus stop, making it easy to catch a bus or order an Uber taxi. The amenities are complete, including a microwave and a coin-operated laundry machine that's available 24/7. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. While not in a popular area, getting to Tokyo or Shinjuku is quick, only a 30-minute train ride away. Definitely worth the money.
