Friendly staff made our stay pleasant. It was an added bonus that the staff can speak English. The hotel is near the Ikebukuro Station, making transportation very accessible.

Sunshine City Prince Hotel is well located, reasonably priced, and accessible to the malls and other shopping areas and metro lines. The staff is friendly and approachable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care

Location is super great, walking distance to Metro and JR line, shopping and dining in surrounding hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Hotel amenities are great, compliment with face masks, I really enjoy it. Surely will come back when visiting Tokyo.

The room is so spacious and the location is superb. Plus point, they have so many coin laundry and dryer machines so we don't have to wait long to do laundry even at peak hours.

I stayed with my family with 2 rooms. There are renovated rooms, so make sure with your options before you make the booking. The room view is amazing. The staff is very helpful. We can borrow an umbrella if you don’t bring one. They also help me get a taxi to the airport at 4.30 am. Thank you Keio Hotel

Great stay! We spent 7 nights here and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

This was the best hotel during our stay in Japan. We stayed at a double room. The hotel is very, very close to Ikebukuro train station, and Ikebukuro station is also a big one. It made us easier to travel when we planned for a day trip to Kawagoe and Yokohama. And of course, it's close to many shopping places and restaurants. Definitely going to consider this place to stay next time in Tokyo. The bathtub size is also big, and the room size is decent for 2 people. Since I only bring a medium-size suitcase, I can still open my suitcase.

The hotel is located in a strategic location. Close to North Exit Ikebukuro Station. The hotel clerk is all friendly, very fast in helping customers.
