I had a great experience staying in Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba. Easy check-in, clean room, and friendly staff. The hotel is only 1 minute from Dotonbori, and 5 minutes to Kuromon Market.

One of the best hostels in Osaka. Definitely will come back here again next visit.

Love to stay here! Only 3 mins to Dotonbori, 2 mins to Donki, next to Seven Eleven, also near to Shinsaibashi, Namba Station and others. Great!

The location is fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable for 3 pax. It is not necessary to include breakfast when you book the room as there is a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel if you come to Osaka.

1. This hotel is very strategic, it's only a 5-minute walk to Shinshaibaishi and Dotonburi and basically all the attractions right in the heart of Osaka. 2. It is near halal restaurants. 3. The hotel breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food choices—from multigrain rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, croissants, soup, and 2 choices of fresh juices. It’s really worth what you’re paying for. 4. They provide free-flow coffee and tea up until 12 midnight, and their coffee and tea selection are actually really good! I love ittt. 5. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the lobby until 12 midnight and they will lock it for you for safety. 6. The staff are very respectful and polite. 7. They change your linen every day. 8. There’s a laundry service wash & dry for only 600 Yen. 9. There’s Lawson just right next to it. 10. The bathroom has good water pressure and a water heater. 11. Candeo Hotel Osaka Namba is a really comfortable, modern, and minimalist hotel that you can book when you visit Osaka. The location of this hotel is also very effective because it's located near Dontonboru where we can find shops and restaurants easily!

Favorite hotel in Osaka! Perfect for the Dotonbori area. Our family is very happy because we chose this hotel, the location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious and comfortable 💯💯 outside the hotel there is a family mart, takoyaki and other delicious foods. This is in the Dotonbori area from here to Shinsaibashi super close 😍 to Glico man is also very close to take pictures. Because this hotel is so strategic, we can go back and forth to the hotel if we are tired, we can rest and then we can go out again 😄 and of course save on transportation budget hihi. Next time to Osaka will stay here again super recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed here for 3 nights with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and very comfortable for our family. The front desk staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the location was very convenient, with public transport nearby. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Very close to Nagahoribashi Station (Exit 5A) and the Dotonbori area. At the hotel, there is an Indonesian receptionist who is very helpful in serving Indonesian hotel guests.
