Cheap hotel but be ready if your assigned to a smoking room. The smoke stains are horrible. If you have kids. Do not get a smoke room.

Everything about the property is great. Location, staff and room. Would stay there again for sure.

The room was very clean, and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and well-maintained. However, I noticed quite a bit of dust on the table, cabinets, and even on the makeup mirror, which was disappointing for a luxury hotel. The staff were outstanding—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a beautiful view and was enjoyable overall, but I think the quality could better match the standard of a luxury hotel. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more if the food quality were improved. The overall taste was average, but the freshly made crepes, egg dishes, and all of the pastries were excellent. Unfortunately, the sashimi did not seem very fresh. I also think fresh-squeezed fruit juices would be much more appropriate for a hotel of this level. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance, yet the area remains quiet and feels very safe. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Get the two twin bed room. Much more space compared to the single queen bed room type

Great hotel. Well located. Well appointed with reasonable sized rooms given its Tokyo. The staff could not be more helpful and the facilities were great. Our only (small) disappointment was that the bar didn’t seem to have much atmosphere the night we visited but with so many great options nearby … that’s not problem at all. Overall a great hotel option in the area.

Its very much a business hotel vibe - but small rooms and not as well maintained as I would have expected for the price. Breakfast was also very average.
