The view from our room was fantastic. The brunch menu offered a wide variety of food choices and the food was fresh. The shop downstairs offered drinks and snacks, and the cafe in the lobby was a nice place to relax and have a cup of tea. The bar lounge was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The luggage storage made later check-ins and later departure to the airports convenient. We were able to continue enjoying the area without having to drag luggage along until it was time to leave. We did not know about the laundry service. That would have been nice to know as we just disembarked off a two week cruise wita suitcase full of laundry needing to be washed.

Beautiful hotel. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. I booked the room with the Tokyo Tower view, and it was breathtaking at night. The room was clean and all the guest supplies—like the pajamas and toiletries—were very well organized. It's about an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and FamilyMarts, and few min walk to the nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance!"

We enjoyed our stay, but would not stay here again as there is mold and damp in the bathroom. See attached photos - we would suggest fixing these and replacing the damaged wallpaper

Amazing hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful even with finding us a tour the rooms were very clean and we'll sized the breakfast was great too I highly recommend this hotel

Tokyo Prince Hotel looks exactly as shown in photos. This is a historic hotel that offers comfortable and clean amenities. The front desk and housekeeping staff are professional and helpful. They speak English well. Their services are prompt. I called housekeeping for toilet paper, they delivered within 5 minutes. They kept the rooms clean and tidy. The onsite restaurants and convenient store, Lawson, is definitely a convenience for guests who arrive late or want snacks. I asked for information on the SkyBus, and the person working the front desk was able to provide helpful information even though the hotel does not sell tickets. I especially appreciated the views of Tokyo Tower from our room and the quietness of the neighborhood after touring the busy tourists areas during the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return during my next visit to Tokyo.

Room was very clean and had a nice view of Tokyo tower. 5 min walk to closest metro station. There are no coin laundry facilities, despite the Expedia property description, only pay per item laundry with drop off at the front desk.

A very well maintained facility; professional staff, very convenient location.

Wifi was good. The staff were excellent and there is Lawson’s in the basement of hotel. Hotel is conveniently located to several train/metro stations which allows you to visit several other areas, shops and attractions.

The area was great and quiet

I had a room on the 10th floor looking at Tokyo Tower and it was absolutely beautiful. I only spent one night and really wish I had spent more!

Great room, very nice, nice hotel and a great location, We highly recommend this hotel. and will stay at it on future trips to Tokyo.

Staff were lovely, beds nice , air cond not great , we managed to overflow toilet, twice ?

Decent place to stay with a lot of food options nearby. Also a nice park to run around about 1.8km loop if you need 😀.
