Full 10 points, no deductions. Beautiful, clean, good service, amazing and delicious breakfast. There is a free shuttle bus service on many routes. The porters are very cute and help from the beginning to the end. Very impressed with this place.

Love the hot tub and steam room. Made my vacation complete. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was superb.

The staff is very thoughtful. I left my charger in the room, and when I got back, the housekeeping team had already helped me tie them up and keep them neat. Later on at night, they also helped make up the room. Special shout-out to the housekeeping team for making our stay more comfortable and for providing a very cute doll to take home. Thankful also for the staff who helped take and send our luggage to the room when we were checking in. And thank you to front office Amy, who helped check us in. And Glenda, who helped introduce us with a smile and patience about the gym equipment and gave us a little tour of the place. Thank you to the staff near the elevator who always helped us press the elevator button and always greeted us with a smile. Also for the concierge team for helping us store our luggage on the check-out date and helped us call a cab when they saw us having a lot of things to carry. And lastly, the breakfast is great; there is a lot of great selection of food, and the service is great. The staff always asked us if we wanted to drink something and made it for us, even though there were already a lot of drinks at the drinks station that we could choose from. All in all, it's a great experience staying at Conrad Macao, and if I have the opportunity, I'd like to stay there again someday.

I recently stayed at the Andaz Macau and had a truly enjoyable experience. The lounge was exceptional, offering a great selection of snacks and beverages that made relaxing there an absolute pleasure. The reception team and lobby staff were consistently friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping was also excellent, with the rooms kept immaculate and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of thoughtful service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay very memorable. I would highly recommend Andaz Macau for anyone looking for a premium and comfortable hotel experience.

The hotel was amazing. Located in Lisboeta, so there was zipcity and other attractions in the building. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. You can bring L'occitane products provided in the room for free, and those were great products.
