Waking up to catch the golden sunrise from the balcony was truly unforgettable. The view alone made the stay feel extra special and worth every moment. The breakfast spread was also massive, with plenty of choices to enjoy. Everything was well-prepared and satisfying, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a relaxing and refreshing seaside getaway, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful ocean view.

A very good value hotel. Clean rooms with suitable space. The area around the hotel is full of various choices of convenience stores and food. It is also close to the IIUM Kuantan campus. Will definitely be a choice if I go to Kuantan again.

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Kuantan and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Rizal was very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed early check-in at around 3pm and late checkout at 1pm, which was very generous. The hotel explanation was clear, and the accessibility around the hotel was good. Overall, smooth process and great service.

It's really good here. I asked for the room decoration to be done. It's really good here. Breakfast has a lot of choice and is delicious. There's a fireshow at night. There's a big pool inside. There's a lot of food around.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon arrival and returned during check-out. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It came well-equipped with amenities including a TV, fridge, kettle, iron with board, and basic essentials such as bottled water, tea, coffee, and sugar. The internet connection was stable and fast, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuantan.

The hotel is in the heart of Kuantan town, easy to access. The biggest hotel room ever with such a low price. The best shower I had with good water pressure. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast is good for the price you've paid. Will stay again next time.

I booked the room last minute and have seen all the reviews, and so I put my trust in it. What I could say is it was a very good hotel. The staff that day was kind, there’s a washing machine and vending machine at the lobby, the room was very spacious for RM80, very clean, the aircond is very cool, got Wi-Fi, TV, heater, and kettle. And oh, got Coway at the lobby too. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay and I really recommended this hotel.
