Amazing staff and location. Score 10/10.

Good location but poor service.. Booked for 2 person stay given one towel..asked for another was told to take tomorrow as no room service tonight.deluxe room separated by wooden piece, next door man was snoring like a train.. And no hot water. Somewhat disappointing experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Convenience, strategy location, cleanliness need to improve, room got some Smell.

Terrible service. Don't come here! No BIDET! They will charge you for stain that was even there upon check in.

Everything was OK for my staff who had stayed in the hotel. So far not much comments.

counter service was good, kind and friendly. I just more prefer in room toilet.. and it will better to have lift... quiet tired to go up to 4 floor...

A cozy house like interior suitable for business traveler that looking for a place for a good night sleep. that only downside is the environment outside the hotel compound and the parking area.

Satisfied with the service here, it is the best.
