I had a wonderful 2D1N stay at PARKROYAL Penang. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the beachfront location and relaxing pool area. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay—I would definitely come back again!

Absolutely satisfied with my stay here! From the moment I arrived to check-in, the guards, bellboys, and receptionists, all the staff were so kind and always smiling, greeting guests warmly. Breakfast was insanely delicious with so many selections. The service was excellent! Everything I requested was fulfilled, and I even received complimentary drinks as a gift after checkout (can request juices or mocktails). Check-in and check-out were smooth. Such a peaceful hotel, perfect for anyone seeking tranquility. Do expect to see plenty of foreigners here. Definitely coming back again!

The hotel and facilities are very good. The breakfast buffet if you have it with your stay package is also wonderful, plenty of choices for breakfast. The beach is really nice with great views, however the ocean/sea water is not clear, and with signs about jellyfish about, didn't seem tempting to go for a dip/swim even though the water temperature was very good.

Good comfortable deluxe twin room with sea view. Spacious. Hotel was at full capacity making it not very relaxing and had to go to breakfast early (6.30am) to avoid the crowds. very good choice for breakfast. Long queues at reception for checking in. Good restaurants on site. Clean beach.

This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent.

The staff is lovely, but there are 2 lifts depending on your room and one of them is like a service lift, it's terrible and does not make you feel like a welcome guest. The staff force you to use the crapy lift depending on your room loaction Breakfast has a vast variaety and it's nice but quite busy and run out of the options often and are not filled up for a while It's very family friendly and staff are lovely to the kids I'd recommend it to ppl travelling with kids

Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from. Omelette and pancake stations. Dim sum. We stayed for 6 nights and had something different everyday. Staff were very attentive. Couldn't swim in the sea as there were lots of jellyfish. But the hotel beach was beautiful, definitely worth seeing the sunsets..

We had a great 3 night stay. The room was lovely with a balcony and great sunset views. There was a large selection of food at breakfast, although no proper decaf coffee available (only instant). The gym was good but quite warm despite the air conditioning. Staff were all very friendly.
