I love the simplistic rustic concept of the room. sparkling clean room and bathroom. great location, walking distance to usm, tesco, shops and food outlets. sufficient and lighted parking.

They provide adequate parking for visitor. The parking got guard at night. Service overall is ok. They never fail to cleanup our room. We have been staying here about 5-6 day. The hotel is very clean and nice art work in the wall. There are laundry and mcdonald's restaurant and 7-eleven nearby. The price is very reasonable and worth your money.

Check-in was fast, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was close to eateries, a bus stop, and Universiti Sains Malaysia. There's a coffee shop next to the lobby, and a grocery store next to the hotel building. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't inform me that bringing in certain types of fruit other than durian was prohibited. I had already bought some fruit and had to take it outside the hotel to eat.

In the same building as Coffee Bean. Next to Lotus, you can buy discounted items (and DIY items). Near a large supermarket (which seems non-halal). There's Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and Happy Mart.

I wanted to go home quickly to the airport, so I stayed here.
There's a Lotus (like a Hypermart) next to the hotel, and I'm sure they'll have some discounted items.
McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Mixue are all nearby.
A large food court is within walking distance.

I checked in at 2 AM, and the receptionist was ready to assist. The location is not far from Setia Spice, my main activity center during my stay in Penang. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, providing easy and affordable transportation options.
