Hampton Inn by Hilton Durango

It is a great hotel. Very clean and great staff. The breakfast is really good. I strongly recommend this hotel to any visitor.

Durante mi estancia se presentó un cargo duplicado por concepto de mi reserva. Aunque el reembolso correspondiente ya fue efectuado, este se logró únicamente después de múltiples insistencias y de escalar el tema directamente con la gerencia, debido a la falta de respuesta oportuna por parte del hotel. Sin embargo, a la fecha el hotel continúa negándose a emitir la factura por el monto total efectivamente pagado, situación completamente inaceptable. La facturación de cargos realizados y comprobados no debería generar resistencia ni quedar sin resolverse. Adicionalmente, durante el servicio de alimentos, encontré piedras en la comida, lo cual representa un problema serio de higiene y control de calidad que fue sumamente desagradable y preocupante como huésped. La experiencia resultó frustrante y desgastante. Si bien la habitación fue adecuada, la gestión administrativa, la atención al cliente y la calidad del servicio de alimentos estuvieron muy por debajo del estándar que se espera de una marca de este nivel. Situaciones como estas no deberían repetirse y requieren una revisión urgente de los procesos internos.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gym was very nice. The underground parking was great. The breakfast was the best we ever had included at a hotel. It was nice to have non dairy milk available and fresh fruit.We were travelling with our dog. The pet fee was high but I think it was worth it to stay at such as nice place.

It is a good hotel. only they can improve with customer service. In helping the customers accommodations to the airport. They should not charge twice for one ride.

When checking in, AA site would require payment to select seats that are usually not desirable.

Breakfast was not very warm.
