Nice clean and brilliant for the kids.

The receptionist was professional and quick with my check-in, but the room had a terrible smell. The towels had lost their softness due to overuse, making them harsh and unusable. The bed sheets were stained with what seemed to be yellow saliva marks, and the mattress was covered only by a loose sheet. The worst part was when a staff member knocked on the door, insisting on doing an inventory of the kitchen utensils, which included four cups, two dishes, and a kettle. I refused and told him I wasn’t using any of the provided items. During check-out, the morning receptionist asked me to wait while they counted the dishes and cups. A woman quickly went to the room to do the inventory. My wife told her that if they cared about the hotel, they should clean the dust under the beds and replace the pillows and mattress immediately. Overall, it was a very bad place to stay.

Stay was good and with the help of the staff who assisted with anything need we needed. Good communication and directions .

The staff were nice and very helpful. Hotel location was good and had store within 1 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Room had kitchen and we were able to prepare our own meal. Had a comfortable stay.

I thought the kitchen supplies wasn't sufficient. Would have been good if it had balcony.

The hotel is nice, but I didn’t get to use the internet, I approached the receptionist on duty on the 6th of May 2024, in the afternoon complaining about the bad internet , because I had to come downstairs at the reception to be able to connect with the network, his response was rude and uncalled for, he told me there is nothing he can do that I can sit down at the reception for how long I want.

I like the service from reception staff and the 2 bedroom property we stayed, clean, quite & easy to get taxi from outside the apartments. The only thing I wasn't happy with is blankets was not washed they were very smell. That's only thing needs to be improved 💯 😌. Every thing else i was very very happy with

Nice place to stay in nice area. Excellent services. The room was good, it’s exactly what I needed. The only thing, I arrived at 4:00 PM but checked at 5:00 PM.

Good value for money spacious rooms good for families 15 minutes from menara mall, kutabia

Worst check in ever. Waiting over two hours after 3 pm for check in. No apology we were told to be patient I asked for some tea for my elderly parents who were waiting they said go to the restaurant and get it. Horrible !

Stayed in the studio apartment at Wazo. Room has a small kitchen with the basics. It was nice to have a frig and microwave (small stovetop is there too). Check in was easy. Room was cleaned daily. There’s a play area and pool on premises. Taxi drivers were usually outside for when I needed to get around city. I would stay again. Booked and paid through Expedia.

Great place to stay away from all the traffic ! Only a 12 min Drive from Gueliz ! Very clean , comfortable ! Friendly staff Very happy with our room booked senior apt , it was referred By a family member , will be back next time We visit !

It’s not a luxury hotel, so don’t expect opulence and razzmatazz but it’s indeed lovely and clean. Amazing staff like Jalal, Hannah and others. Most of the front desk speak English. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a kids area and extra cribs, it’s in a clean and beautiful environment. Very close to a mall, there is bruschetta restaurant across the road, there is a shuttle that goes to the Mohamed V boulevard everyday at regular intervals. The pictures are exactly what you get; I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants value for the money.

We booked & paid through Expedia... but we faced delay and many issues during check-in & checkout from the reception staff asking for double payment because their reservation employees who’s managing the relationship with Expedia are absent in this 2 days and no one know about our reservation. This cost us +1 hour waiting in check-in & checkout. And forced us to do international call to Expedia Call Center for 8 minutes.

Hotel is OK... fairly new... but not being well maintained. Staff was extremely slow and not particularly friendly. They were not rude but did not seem like they knew what was going on and were not quick to help. Wifi in the room was poor. Good enough to check email that is all. Hotel is located in a good area if you are driving into Marrakech and you do not want to be in the busy areas.

I stayed at Wazo Apart last week with freinds, we booked a room in the Apart hotel. We experienced lots of issues during our stay, the room was not cleaned daily neither were basic items like towels and toilet roll provided without asking! The tea cups in the room were really dirty and there was no washing up liquid available to clean ourselves. Our bathroom shower and sink got blocked twice therefore we had to request someone to fix. There was also no hot water in our bathroom, after several complaints our shower then started producing hot water. My booking via expedia stated breakfast was included however every morning for 5 days straight, we were harassed for payment to have breakfast. Even after speaking with the reception and Manager on numerous occassions and also after showing my booking we were still harrased for payment. This then was resolved on the last day which was a shame as this ruined the start of each day. On a positive note the spa facility was great and it was really the only part of the hotel we enjoyed. The issues we experienced were not difficult to resolve however due to the lack of urgency or help from the staff this ruined our experience with the hotel.
