We enjoyed a brief one-night staycation, and it was a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate two adults and a five-year-old without feeling cramped. Additionally, the in-room amenities were well-maintained and spotless. Highly recommended for a quick family getaway!

Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were amazing, size of the rooms were also fantastic as were the bathrooms. Presence of AC was also an added bonus and within a 5min walk of the central station. The only downside was that getting to it with a heavy suitcase was very challenging due to the path. But otherwise, absolutely wonderful!

The location was perfect, 5 mins walk into the centre. Parking on site was €25 euro for 24 hours. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were lovely. Recommend longhorns over the road for dinner. Would definitely stay again

Staff was extremely helpful and polite.
Location was poor, with lots of trash and homeless people next to the property. The inside was nicely maintained, but the outside was poor, with shrubbery not kept up and lots of trash not picked up.
Location very near the train station was very helpful.

The room needed to be vacuumed better as there was some small rubbish left behind. Room had a ridiculously large and unnecessary chair in it as well, which made the room feel smaller, and the property seemed to has lost a bit of its luster since my last stay two years earlier. The staff was still very helpful and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well.

My flight was a red eye and I got in around 4am Sunday. Because of this I booked my hotel for Sunday for check in so I didn’t have to wait till 3pm. I tried checking in and they said due to their computer issues they asked me to wait for the manager who was to arrive in 20 min. I didn’t understand this because supposedly the on site manager was sitting there in a chair so not sure why she couldn’t handle the issue. I patiently waited and got breakfast. Two hours passed and then finally ended up checking in to our room. The worst service ever
