Great place

Checkin was OK, nothing excellent. When I got to the room the WIFI didn't work and I needed to several meetings. When I spoke with the reception they would reset the network, but after 40 minutes and two missed meetings I gave up and asked to switch room. They said I couldn't becaus ethey didn't have any rooms. Then they had a room, but if I had used the room I inititaly got, then it wasn't possible. I had not used the bed, bathroom or kitchen, so I finally argued my way into a new room. The room was supposedly the same, but it was smaller. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty, with a dirty toilet, surfaces hadn't been cleaned, I wiped away stains from the mirror, wipes box, and walls. (Took video and pictures of this) TV in the bedroom section didn't work and didn't get any help from the reception. All in all, the price I paid was way to high compared to the quality

Amazing stay with all the kitchen amenities, made it easy travel with a kid. Train right in front of the hotel, easy trip to downtown.

One bedroom- bath is next to bedroom- has a glass door. When the bathroom light is on the bedroom is lit up. Views not so great. Staff is very nice. Had to ask for a cleaning and towels and toilet paper and tissues and soap. The room was not well stocked when we arrived. But the staff was very nice.

The room was great—nice and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Only issue was the shower drain; even though the filter was clean, water kept spilling out, so something’s probably up with the drainage. Other than that, everything was really good. Transport was super convenient too, easy to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again .

Everything was as they mentioned online. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washing machine and dryer was working good. We had enough towels and if you needed more, you could just ask for more. The front office personnel was great very friendly and helpful. We had requested extra housekeeping which we could do for a small fee. I would definitely go back there.

Very expensive

Great location with access to public transport, Magnificent property with all facilities to make you feel at home. Sarah on check-in was amazing and so very helpful

The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond for our stay.

We were very happy with our accommodation and would recommend it. The only issue is they should provide a broom for cleaning as the place is very dusty and they don’t provide cleaning services unless you pay extra!

Clean room, great location, good amenities. Sadly let down by not the friendliest staff and a dangerous rug in the room that liked to slide or curl to become a tripping hazard. Very overpriced store on site make sure you have your drinks or snacks or there is a supermarket nearby.

Hotel is good . Accessible to Metro and tram. Only disappoint was , we have booked 5 - 2 bedrooms apartments and expected early check in for couple of apartments. I have requested before going there . Simple they entertain early check ins .

Great stay!

Friendly staff, nice and clean apartment. Easy parking, everything you need available in the apartment. Only thing was that the house cleaning was not cleaning to well, left the kitchen untouched. But everything else 5 stars

Great hotel, great staff, convenient for my work.

Bed was comfy and the room was large. People were nice when engaged but we were never greeted otherwise. There was a large dried piece of bread on one of the plates in the cupboard and lots of crumbs on some others. The large knife in the drawer was FILTHY! The dryer took forever and the clothes never got dry. There was an announcement the second that told us to leave the building immediately. There was an emergency exit right outside our door so we exited and walked down the 16 flights only to end up in the wrong lobby. There was a barrier that would not allow us from the hallway to the lobby so a guys that came down the stairs with us jumped over the wall and told the man at the counter what the problem was. He grudgingly open the gates to let us out. We walked next door to our hotel and asked about the announcement and were told it wasn’t valid anymore. No announcement that said you may return to your room, no explanation and no apologies. We will be in Amsterdam next year and we will find someplace else to stay.
