This was a last-minute booking due to a flight cancellation. A quick search on Expedia found this place to have a good room rate and was located right by Oslo central station. The place was quiet and comfortable which allowed us a very good night’s sleep. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

I like this place because it’s close to Copenhagen Airport and good public transportation to airport; Metro and bus. The room is nice and clean. Staff answers questions quickly. Safe place with code at front door. Supermarket, café and restaurants nearby and safe to work around.

Excellent location with convenient 24/7 reception and small bar/market. Self check in and out as well for express service. Note: There is major construction across the street, with crews using heavy equipment and jackhammers as early at 5:30am. While this is typical in cities, be mindful of what type of stay you're seeking.

This was a small room (think premier inn pods, but a little larger as I had a dressing table) however perfectly adequate for the few days we were staying - and well priced for Oslo. We’re used to a bigger bed in the UK, but we both slept very very well. The only downside was being a compact room, I did need to climb over my wife to get out of bed - that’s about it. Ultimately, we never planned on spending much time in the room, so if you need something functional, clean, well maintained, this is the perfect place.

Just about a 3-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, which makes it very easy even with luggage. Public transport such as buses and trams are also nearby, making it convenient to get around. The MUNCH Museum and the Opera House are both about an 8-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants and bakeries in the area, which is very convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable, however there were a few inconveniences. There was no housekeeping service for three days, and towels were not replaced. If you wanted fresh towels, an additional fee was required, which was not very convenient. There is no traditional front desk; instead, the lobby is set up as a bar area, and staff handle reception duties when available, though they sometimes step away for breaks, which can be a bit inconvenient. There are also some light snacks available in the lobby. By registering, you can get free coffee. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service. Overall, it is a very simplified hotel with a great location, but it would have been better to have at least extra towels available.

Only complaint is the shower design. The shower doors hit either the toilet on one side or the sink on the other side. There is also no shelf to rest a razor or shaving cream, etc. The bathroom is not too small—just poorly designed to utilize the space.

Check-in was easy because it was thru a kiosk but no front desk. Room was very small and bed was up against the window making it hard for the person sleeping on that side of the bed to get off the bed in the middle of the night. Room also needed a little more overhead lighting.

No amenities not even a water boiler or coffee maker in the room for almost $200/night. I think it is partially my own fault - if I had noticed there was no water boiler/coffeeee maker in the room, I would not have chosen this hotel. I've thought it's essential - but NO. Yes, you could get free coffee or tea from the bar - but you need to join some membership and it's A LOT trouble to do so - especially when it's busy time, you have to wait in the line. Besides, they only clean the room every 5 days for free - which means if you are not stay more than 5 days, there is no room service for that. Otherwise it's a very good location for shopping and travelling around. The room is clean and staff is friendly.
