The hotel is a short walk from Oslo S (the central station), which was important to me as I was on an Interrail trip around mainland Europe. There was a tram stop nearby as well. I was happy with the facilities.

The hotel is ideally placed in Central Oslo. It is visible from the exit of Central Station and is just next to the bus and tram routes. The Reception was open after midnight when I got in after a delayed flight. The free coffee was very welcome. The room was nicely presented and the fixtures and fittings were all brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. I would definitely stay at the property again.

This property offers the very most basic room. It seems to be targeted more for the solo business traveler than a couple or family tourists. The short and easy walk to the train station was the main draw for us. Though we got the balcony room, it rained too much to use. Of course, this is not the fault of the property. The check in process is very sterile. You are greeted by a computer to check in digitally, even creating your own room key. There is a staff member assigned to the “Barception” area, so I assume we could have had help checking in, had we needed it.

Great hotel for exploring Oslo. The location is excellent — just steps from the Central Station, Opera House, and many restaurants and attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the self check-in process was quick and easy because it was with machines. No breakfast option just some sandwiches, yogurt and toppings and coffee. Despite being so central, the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. A perfect choice for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and good value in the heart of Oslo.
