It was amazing. The food was great, staff were helpful and attractive, check-in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for passengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a Nordic thing, but very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!

The hotel was excellent and served its purpose as a base for a few days. The overall hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to single out the three staff who worked in the hotel bar on Sunday 5 July. The restaurant was closed. The bar was short staffed and the three people who were working went above and beyond. The bar was full due to the World Cup football match. Customers were lining up to come in, wanting food and drinks and a place to watch the game. The staff accommodated as many as they could. Offered food and drinks and dealt with the overwhelming number of customers, in a professional and friendly manner. I understand that they were short staffed but the two men and one woman didn’t get flustered or upset. They went above and beyond serving way more people than was expected and doing it with a smile on their face. While I am sorry I do not know their names, I hope management review the work roster and provide these people with an official acknowledgment of the work they performed. Thank you.

Unbeatable spot along the docks as part of the Bergen Houses. Clean and elegant design. Friendly staff. Gym is small and tucked away but had enough machines for a workout. Would absolutely return!

We really enjoyed the Radisson in Bergen. The location at the wharf was perfect. It is right next to all the brightly colored buildings of the Bryggen. It was just a few minutes walk from the fish market, the ferry landing, the Floibanen funicular, lots of shopping, and quaint neighborhood streets. The buffet breakfast was huge and very good. It was nice to have the big outdoor bar area on our sunny day there. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel on the harbour front was ideal. Hotel itself was spotless and very well run. Reception staff were incredibly helpful. Given that my queries related to external bookings, they were very patient and supportive as most of the visits we wanted to take had to be booked in advance online. Nothing was too much bother.
