Location is everything these days especially in Manila where sometimes you’d prefer to walk rather than get stuck in traffic. This hotel is about 10-minute walk to MOA or the bay. Plenty of options for entertainment or food nearby. Great for when you’re only spending a night and would want to be closer to the airport.

When I checked in, the staff at the front desk said that towels will be provided by housekeeping. I called housekeeping and requested bath towels and hand towels as soon as I entered my room. It took them over 1 hour and at least 3 follow-up calls to deliver the bath towels (sans hand towels). The next day, they left a note telling me to call “0” for towels. I called “0” and expressed right from the first call that I needed the towels the soonest as I have a flight to catch. I followed up every 15 minutes and never received the towels before I left. Great location but poor service.

Stayed for 5 nights and the room was different from the one that i originally booked, the room was so hot. They never wash the glass that i used in the room the stain of the milk is still there. Never wiped the coffee table and the dining table. Very disappointed about my stay.

The staff were lovely and accommodating and helped us with our luggage and provided a warm welcome. The room was very dirty, and not very well maintained. The aircon unit was filthy, and sounded like it was about to break. The walls and skirting boards needed repairing, and the whole room itself felt unclean. The towels were discoloured perhaps from being used over so many years. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s situation in a great location, walking distance to MOA and other shops. The room is spacious but personally I struggled with the bed and pillows. The shower area had water pooling and that left a stench in the room. Maybe the other rooms are better. Based on my experience, I’d not recommend this hotel unless you only need it to sleep.

We always stay here when we are finishing our stay in Philippines, very close to Mall of Asia, staff is always great and helpful , door attendant and security staff are great, can arrange Grab rides for you without having the app, …. Facilities is starting to show wear now, it is in need of a refurbishing ,only issue we encountered on our trip was the tv not working properly, they did come and fix it quickly when we arrived but it only worked temporarily, and same issue again … oh well things happen..

When I checked in, the staff at the front desk said that towels will be provided by housekeeping. I called housekeeping and requested bath towels and hand towels as soon as I entered my room.
