It has always been a great stay since the last time that I stayed with them and even today. They were consistent with the services, the professionalism of the team and the food is immaculate. The place is perfect for me since, I was writing my book and I was able to think through my thoughts and was able to be productive during my stay in Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. Amazing quality of service starting from the security team who always open the door with a smile, as well as the charming front desk team, especially Princess who gave me all the information that I need.

Her hotel is clean and very comfortable, so is the waitress there very kind and polite, and also her top food is exellent. Anyway recombin really deh.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The staff are very friendly and give good service. The rooms are very spacious and for the price paid, the hotel represents good value for money. Everything was working in the room that I had this time, but if there is a problem, staff are always quick to sort things out. The hotel comes with both a swimming pool and a gym. A restaurant is on site, but I did not use that. The location is good, right in the heart of Makati. Overall, I would recommend.
