Great location to explore Makati. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Good value for the price and a great choice for budget travelers.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The staff are very friendly and give good service. The rooms are very spacious and for the price paid, the hotel represents good value for money. Everything was working in the room that I had this time, but if there is a problem, staff are always quick to sort things out. The hotel comes with both a swimming pool and a gym. A restaurant is on site, but I did not use that. The location is good, right in the heart of Makati. Overall, I would recommend.

IM hotel is one of the best hotel in Makati ever, place in one of corner of Manila. The employee was very helpful and their hospitality was nice. They also provide massage service full with spa and sauna, it's very nice to have such a good experience with onsen. Recommended

It has always been a great stay since the last time that I stayed with them and even today. They were consistent with the services, the professionalism of the team and the food is immaculate. The place is perfect for me since, I was writing my book and I was able to think through my thoughts and was able to be productive during my stay in Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. Stayed here for the Ayala tACbo half marathon and it was very near the Ayala Triangle Gardens where the starting line was. Very near good cafes as well and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean!

Lub the has exceeded our expectations! From the comfy bed, modern interiors, neat bathroom, common space to the restaurant and their free breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel, and would definitely come back 💕

It was a great experience. The staff are very accommodating and professional. From Valet parking to receptionist til we check out and all. The facilities are clean and we really enjoyed staying here.
